HABE

In collaboration with the entity, we have developed the I HABE Equality Plan. First, we have analyzed the starting situation:

• Degree of gender mainstreaming in HABE activity.
• Presence of women and men in positions of responsibility and decision-making.
• Distribution of women and men by areas of work.
• Working conditions.
• Use of conciliation measures.
• Selection and promotion options.
• Situation of the teachers of the euskaltegis.
• Participation of students by sex.

We have shared the diagnosis with those responsible for all areas of action of HABE and, after a reflection on the situation, we have developed an intervention plan.
