Process to evaluate the II Plan of Equality of Urola Garaia, as well as to update the diagnosis and design the III Plan: Together with the evaluation of the previous plan, we have opened a wide listening phase to know the problems, needs and current interests of women. To this end, we have created dialogue groups with groups of women living in situations of different discrimination. On the other hand, we have created 4 working groups based on the organization of the VII Plan of Equality of the CAPV, which have analyzed the situation of each area: in the working group of good governance or transversality, we have brought together technicians of the community and also of the municipalities; the area of empowerment we have analyzed together with the participants in the School of Empowerment of the region and together with the economic movement; Finally, in the field of macho violence, we have brought together the agents involved in the regional protocol and the agents who work in one way or another to analyze the situation and define the challenges.
