Equality, participation and social transformation

We work from different roles, responding to the demands of each process: as trainers and trainers, sharing knowledge and tools; as consultants and consultants, proposing strategies and guidelines; as facilitators and facilitators, enabling dialogue and participation; and as a team coach, helping to develop individual and collective competencies and opening the way to talent.
In the organizations we design and develop processes of internal transformation of the organizations:
- Programs to strengthen women’s leadership skills and self-confidence
- Workshops and itineraries aimed at turning men into active agents of transformation
- Interventions aimed at strengthening group cohesion and cooperation through the promotion of work dynamics based on trust, effective communication and shared objectives
We carry out strategic processes that are integral or adapted to specific themes or sectors. We are specialists both in the diagnosis and participatory design and in the design, development and evaluation of equality plans.
We encourage the participation of people directly involved in projects or processes, such as:
- Design of community equipment
- Development of intercultural and anti-racist strategies
- Creation and consolidation processes of Women ' s Houses
We intervene in specific areas such as:
- Creating networks between educational communities
- Processes to promote emotional well-being
- Participation and activation of young people
We incorporate the gender perspective in public policies and internal processes of entities:
- Support in the implementation of the gender mainstreaming strategy
- Budgets developed with a gender perspective
- Gender criteria for public procurement
