The aim of the DiKomA project is to strengthen and empower the linguistic community and to do so work on a discourse based on linguistic ecology with citizens. The EkoLinguA (Empowering the linguistic community through Linguistic Ecology) has been precisely the instrument created for this. The game is based on the Play & Decide methodology, in which participants, organized in groups, work and appropriate concepts, clarifications, questions and key challenges for the revitalization of language. EkoLinguA is an opportunity for deep collective debate and reflection.

To date, the EkoLinguA (Bermeo, Errenteria, Oñati and Zumaia) has been used in four municipalities as a pilot test of the research project. From now on, the game and the methodological guide for its application will be freely used and will be available to all, both in Basque and Spanish.
