OSAKIDETZA: evaluation of the Basque plan

Osakidetza has a Basque plan for the entire entire organization and we have carried out, together with the Basque service of the organization, intermediate and final evaluations of each planning period in all Osakidetza organizations. Among the works carried out we highlight the following: definition of the indicators of the plan (more than 100), visit to health centers and hospitals, conducting individual and collective interviews and questionnaires for users. Each entity has received its own report with its corresponding analysis.
