Project: Evaluation of the I Oñati Equality Plan and design of the II Plan: First, we have evaluated the I Equality Plan, that is, we have analyzed its degree of development or compliance in collaboration with all departments, and we have also analyzed the path taken during these years in the four main areas that underpin the plan, such as good governance or transversality, the empowerment of women, social organization and macho violence. We have identified the factors that have contributed to progress and those that have hindered it, in order to know the aspects that must be strengthened and developed in the future.
