Municipality of Elorrio

Training aimed at all departments of the City of Elorrio on gender mainstreaming and the prior assessment of gender impact: what gender mainstreaming means, why it is important, what it serves and how it is done, combining theoretical and practical training. In addition, for the development of gender mainstreaming we have used the preliminary assessment of gender influence. We have analyzed what it is, what it is for and how it is done. The training has served to promote the awareness of technicians and political representatives, as well as to strengthen collaboration with the Department of Equality.
