Labor Kutxa: Strategic Plan of the Basque Country

Laboral Kutxa is a pioneering financial institution in promoting the use of Basque. After many years of work, in Laboral Kutxa the Basque language has a prominent presence, but the organization has wanted to take another step. To do this, together with the staff and their managers, we opened a different process of reflection, outside of the usual methodology: the members of the language did a series of specific exercises, formed a special group with the people who were most distant from the Basque language and sent a questionnaire to the clients. With all this, we have developed the Strategic Plan of the Basque Country for the coming years.
