Before designing the V Equality Plan, we have updated the diagnosis and tried to create the conditions to help develop the new Plan. The project has two main axes:
- Quantitative diagnosis by areas to identify the most significant gender inequalities in the city.
- Internal diagnosis based on participation and awareness work so that all departments of the city assume the strategy of gender mainstreaming.
