BBK Foundation: design of the Basque plan

At the request of the Basque Commission of the BBK Foundation, a diagnosis has been made on the presence and use of Basque in the organization, in order to establish objectives three years before in order to make Basque have a greater presence in the organization. To do this, in addition to collecting various evidence and information about the organization, we have sent all employees a questionnaire to collect information and know their experience in this area. Due to the health crisis, the process has been fully developed electronically, but this has not affected the outcome of the process, since the contribution of all participants has been very important and the operation has been very satisfactory. The Plan is already under development.
