International trade

We have collaborated with Laboral Kutxa since 2011 and we are currently working on a pilot initiative to help overcome the difficulties women face in accessing positions of responsibility; this initiative is based on four axes:

• Women's empowerment (empowerment school).
• Sensitization of men.
• Reflection on the leadership model.
• Design and implementation of a mentoring program.
