Evaluation of jobs of the City of Hernani

The City of Hernani has carried out a process to renew the assessment of the jobs and we have offered technical support for the incorporation of the gender perspective both in the process and in the result; for this we have analyzed the proposed methodology and the classifications of the jobs and we have proposed various improvements.
